Speciality & Fine Food Asia (SFFA), Southeast Asia’s leading trade show for artisan, gourmet and fine food and drink organised by international events organiser Montgomery Asia, announces its return to Singapore from 22 to 24 June. The fourth edition will also house co-located trade show Restaurant, Pub & Bar Asia (RPB Asia), and see the launch of three new co-located shows – Speciality Coffee & Tea Asia (SCTA), Meat & Poultry Asia (MPA) and Food2Go. SFFA will occupy nearly 6,200 square metres of Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre and is expected to host 5,000 in-person visitors and over 150 exhibitors showing new products and the latest industry innovations from Singapore and across the world.
After two years of disruption caused by the pandemic, the heavily affected F&B sector is now paving its road to recovery. The easing of Safe Management Measures (SMMs) has marked the resumption of businesses, giving the food & beverage (F&B) and meetings, incentives, conferences & exhibitions (MICE) sectors a major boost of confidence. SFFA 2022 aims to bring communities back together to reconnect, reshape and refresh the industry as we embrace new technologies in the F&B arena.
Bringing back the spirit of past editions of SFFA, visitors can look forward to a more well-rounded trade event experience, with food tastings now allowed at exhibitor booths in accordance with the latest regulations. This edition of SFFA and its co-located events will also feature multiple thought leaders from companies such as foodpanda, Deliveroo, Chope, Grab and AirAsia, who will share their insights at industry expert panel sessions at the Innovation Stage.
Christopher McCuin, Managing Director of Montgomery Asia, said, “Following three highly successful editions, this upcoming edition of SFFA has been waiting in the wings since 2019 and the F&B industry has been looking forward to a revitalised sourcing and networking experience. With three complementing shows alongside SFFA and RPB, and the introduction of new and returning partners and exciting onsite events, barista championships, seminars, cooking displays and panel discussions, we are thrilled to finally be able to welcome the entire industry back together this June.”
Speciality & Fine Food Asia (SFFA) is the sister show of the Speciality & Fine Food Fair – London’s renowned artisan food and drink event – and is Southeast Asia’s leading trade show for artisan, gourmet and fine food and drink. Following its overwhelming success during the last three editions, SFFA has built a fantastic reputation as one of the most prominent business platforms in the industry. Organised alongside SFFA is Restaurant, Pub & Bar Asia (RPB Asia), which has been cemented as the go-to show for restaurant, pub and bar owners and operators. Speciality Coffee & Tea Asia (SCTA), in partnership with the Singapore Coffee Association (SCA), will cater to speciality coffee bean and tea leaf growers and producers, as well as suppliers, roasters, traders, retailers and cafe owners. Meat & Poultry Asia (MPA), in partnership with the Meat Traders’ Association Singapore, will connect international meat and poultry suppliers, the region’s food manufacturers, hospitality and foodservice professionals, and retail buyers. Finally, Food2Go, organised by Montgomery Asia, is an inaugural business-to-business F&B takeaway and delivery services event which will be a one-stop sourcing platform for the industry’s business needs.

A series of Butchery Demonstrations will also be an exciting platform for professionals in the meat industry to demonstrate fine workmanship skills, establish new working friendships and unlock business opportunities.

Victor Mah, President of the Singapore Coffee Association, said, “We look forward to working with Montgomery Asia to host the Singapore National Coffee Championship at SCTA, which I am sure will be an exciting one co-located with an established trade show. On behalf of SCA, we welcome all coffee enthusiasts to visit us at SCTA 2022.”
Andy Ng, Country Manager of Eureka International Group, said: “As the F&B industry bounces back amid this new normal, SFFA is a great platform to bring together once again trade visitors and partners to share knowledge about current consumer trends and happenings in the space. We are excited for the opportunity to reconnect and exchange ideas, and I think there is great potential for advancing innovation and improving both value and supply chains for the benefit of F&B businesses everywhere.”
